FAQ's
  • WHEN SHOULD I PLACE MY CUSTOM ORDER?
    As soon as you know the date of your event. We book up 95% of the time. We recommend booking 3-4 weeks in advance for most custom orders. The planning, assembly, and decoration processes are often very time-consuming and labor-intensive. No order is final until we get all the information we need and its paid in full.
  • HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
    To order case ready desserts for pick-up, please use the 'Order Now' button or call 317.840.1562. To order custom desserts, please use our 'Get a Quote' form. Our cake artists will respond to your questions within 24-48 business hours and provide a quote. The quote/invoice is valid for 24 hours. Invoice must be paid in full to secure order. Once booked- all sales are final.
  • DO YOU DELIVER CUSTOM ORDERS?
    We do offer delivery of custom orders per request for a nominal fee. Delivery fee is based on the day, time and location.
  • WHERE DO I PICK-UP MY ORDER?
    Our cake studio is located at 7745 S. Merdian St., Indianapolis, IN 46217. Pick-up is during regular business hours: Monday 9am-4pm Tuesday-Friday 9am-6pm Saturday 9am to 2pm
  • DO YOU OFFER ANY SAME-DAY TAKE HOME DESSERTS?
    YES! You can order "In-Stock" items and pick up curbside in as little as 15 minutes during normal business hours. Our offerings change daily so check back often. You can place your order via the 'Order Now' button.
  • HOW MUCH DO YOUR CUSTOM CAKES & DESSERTS COSTS?
    These prices are based on basic designs and go up based on design. Custom cakes start at $4 per serving. Basic cookies start at $36 per dozen, with a 2-dozen minimum. Basic cake pops start at $28 per dozen. Basic cupcakes start at $20 per dozen.
  • DO YOUR PRODUCTS CONTAIN NUTS?
    Some of our products contain nuts and some don't. Our kitchen isn't 100% peanut free and all our products are baked or used with the same equipment.
