Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your appointment and receive a refund with a notice of at least 7 days in advance. This must be done via email (by emailing info@indycakes.com).
Please understand that since all items are made and prepared fresh for your tasting, we require a 72-hour advance notice to move or change the time of your booking UP TO ONE TIME at no cost.
Tastings are 50 minutes long.
If customers haven't arrived by 15 minutes past their start time, the tasting is canceled and they are charged. NO EXCEPTIONS.
